What You’ll Do: Provide therapy in a school-based setting Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning Conduct annual mental health evaluations Offer crisis intervention support Document services per state and agency standards Engage in training, CE opportunities, and staff education Requirements What We’re Looking For: Master’s degree in a mental health field Minnesota licensure in good standing (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP) Passion for ethical, trauma-informed care Why North Homes?
