School Based Mental Health Specialist

Required Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related degree
License Preferred: LSW/CDCA
Salary: $40,000
Description: The School Based Mental Health Specialist provides mental health case management and prevention services to children and families at CNE. The mental health specialist will develop connections with the principals, teachers, students and parents to develop rapport and provide quality services.

Provide individual and group behavioral health and SUD services for youth.
Provide services in schools, and occasional visits will occur in the homes and community setting.
Create and maintain Individual Treatment Plans with clients and their families.
Link clients with community resources and effectively collaborate with school or community professionals.
