Experience:

• LMSW or provisional mental health clinical license in the state of Iowa, or license-eligible required.
• Experience preferred-2+ years providing mental health services.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

• Master’s (Required

• Provide therapy and early intervention services to children and families in the Catholic school system in northwest Iowa 3-4 days per week.
• During the summer months, provide therapy services through telehealth or in one of our satellite offices. (Spencer, IA, does not have to be the clinician’s home base-it can be any one of Catholic Charities locations)
• Conduct skill-building educational classes with students.
• Provide supportive case management services to clients and their families, as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with and provide consultation to teachers and school staff.
• Maintain clinical records in accordance with policy, as well as third-party payors & licensure requirements.
• Provide support and guidance to other staff and function as a productive member of the team.
