Generous hourly pay rate of $30 per hour SCHEDULE: An RBT will work on all student days during the school calendar year High School hours: 7:15am - 2:15pm Middle School hours: 7:55am - 2:55pm (5th - 8th) Elementary School hours: 8:50am - 3:50pm (K - 4th) LOCATION: Neshaminy School District, Bucks County A Registered Behavior Technician / RBT is a paraprofessional who can work directly with students who have significant behavioral and/or instructional needs including students who require daily implementation of a crisis management plan; require complex verbal behavior programming; and/or extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis. The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral support The RBT practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA To be successful in this role, you must meet all of the following expectations: School-based cases, must have availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar year Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACB Maintain current certification in both CPR/First Aide and CPI EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: HS Diploma or equivalency National certification as an RBT - active Will consider applicants with completed 40 hours of RBT training under Edition Task List 2 who need onsite competency by a BCBA Worked a minimum of 1 year directly with individuals with special needs - preferred CREDENTIALING (Clearances current within 12 months) PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance PA Department of Education FBI – Use code 1KG6XN TB Screening - current within 3 months Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcript Employees scheduled for 30+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits Employer paid base medical plan!
