OFFERING PAID CREDENTIALS - Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening! Generous hourly pay rate of $30 per hour OPENING: RBT floater needed in elementary schools, 8:30am -3:30pm (6.5 paid hours per day on full school day) A Registered Behavior Technician / RBT is a paraprofessional who can work directly with students who have significant behavioral and/or instructional needs including students who require daily implementation of a crisis management plan; require complex verbal behavior programming; and/or extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis. The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral support The RBT practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA To be successful in this role, you must meet all of the following expectations: School-based cases, must have availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar year Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACB Maintain current certification in both CPR/First Aide and Crisis Prevention Intervention trainings EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: HS Diploma or equivalency National certification as an RBT - active Will consider applicants with completed 40 hours of RBT training under Edition Task List 2 who need onsite competency by a BCBA Worked a minimum of 1 year directly with individuals with special needs - preferred CREDENTIALING (Clearances current within 12 months) PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance PA Department of Education FBI TB Screening - current within 3 months Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcript * Paid clearances & TB screening!
