MASTER’S DEGREE IN SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY, ACTIVE SLP LICENSE AND 1+ YEAR OF SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is ideal for professionals dedicated to making a meaningful impact in early childhood education. Serving K-1 students within a supportive school setting, the role offers an opportunity to provide specialized speech and language services to a diverse caseload of 84 students, including 45 receiving speech/language therapy and 43 on special education caseloads in learning and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to students in grades K through 1.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop effective intervention plans.
  • Maintain detailed records and progress reports to track student development.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student goal setting.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Pennsylvania SLP License.
  • Completion of Pennsylvania school clearances.
  • Experience working with children in K-1 grade is preferred.

Location and Schedule:

  • Position is based in Allentown, PA.
  • Contract role for the school year.
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
