A dedicated Social Worker is needed to provide comprehensive support to K-12 students in a dynamic school setting in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time, contracted position focuses on elementary and middle school students and is designed for those passionate about fostering the social and emotional development of youth within educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of students social, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and community resources to develop and implement intervention plans
  • Provide individual and group counseling to support student well-being
  • Advocate for students needs and facilitate access to health and social services
  • Monitor caseload progress and maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Licensed social worker with relevant healthcare and school social work experience
