QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Active CSW license in the state of Kentucky
• Interest in working toward LCSW licensure (supervision provided)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team
• Must have reliable transportation
