A position is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support a K-12 school with a focus on behavioral and mental health needs. This full-time, contract role is based onsite in McMinnville, OR, and is set for the current school year.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with parents to share information related to student mental health, conducting threat assessments alongside administration, and leading suicide risk assessments. The social worker will engage in proactive meetings with students as well as provide support following crisis situations. The role demands a compassionate approach to serving students with significant behavioral and mental health challenges within a single school setting.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential required
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably K-12
  • Proficiency in mental health assessment and crisis intervention
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with parents, educators, and students
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations involving threat and suicide risk assessments
