Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct social and emotional assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement intervention strategies and support plans
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources to promote student well-being
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
• Facilitate referrals to external support services when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with confidentiality standards

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Social Work with relevant licensure or certification
• Experience working with K-12 student populations in an educational or similar environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and educators
