Description Odyssey House is seeking a School-Based Team Support Specialist to join our team. This position involves working from our offices, remotely, and occasionally traveling to schools to meet with parents. The ideal candidate will have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities and computer skills. The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following agency policies and procedures. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred). This role offers a semi-flexible schedule, day and evening hours required, and includes travel within Salt Lake County (travel reimbursement provided). Job Location: Salt Lake County area Core Responsibilities: Contact client referrals within 24 hours of receipt. Communicate with guardians to provide general information about the program. Meet with families to gather and complete all required admission documentation. Assist in coordinating referrals for clients who are not appropriate for care. Create and maintain client charts for new admissions. Ensure all admission documentation is collected and compliant with program and agency standards. Participate in staff meetings, team gatherings, and ongoing professional development. Perform light janitorial duties at two office locations weekly. Attend school and community events to promote and market the program. Maintain reliable transportation for travel between sites. Perform other duties as assigned to support program operations.
