POSITION OVERVIEW Provide school-based behavioral health services for children and adolescents within a collaborative educational setting. Complete behavioral health assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and prevention programming. Develop individualized treatment plans while coordinating care with families, educators, and community providers. Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in multidisciplinary care planning. Support student success by addressing emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs within the school environment. Practice with clinical autonomy while receiving strong organizational and administrative support. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive salary from $56,025-$92,628 based on licensure and experience. $4,565 sign-on bonus. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, or a closely related behavioral health field. Active Oregon LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license, or actively working toward clinical licensure. Experience or interest in providing behavioral health services to children and adolescents. Ability to provide individual therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, and behavioral health assessments. Strong collaboration and documentation skills.
