A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available in Boston, MA, working with high school students. This contract position extends through the school year and requires active Massachusetts BCBA credentials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and school staff.
  • Monitor and analyze student progress data, adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with educational teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive student support plans.

Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts BCBA certification is required.
  • Experience working with high school-aged students preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to maintain detailed and accurate documentation.
