MUST HAVE COMPLETED BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST / ABA THERAPY TRAINING AND HAVE A MINIMUM 1+ YEARS BEHAVIOR THERAPY EXPERIENCE. APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available at a high school in Cambridge, MA. This is a contract role for the school year (NSY), ideal for candidates holding Massachusetts BCBA credentials.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform treatment adjustments.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on behavior management strategies.

Qualifications:
