A K-12 educational setting in Naples, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support and intervention strategies for students with behavioral challenges throughout the academic year. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies
• Provide ongoing training and support to educational staff regarding behavior management techniques
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with educational and legal standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience working with children and adolescents in K-12 educational settings preferred
