A K-12 educational setting in Naples, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support and intervention strategies for students with behavioral challenges throughout the academic year. This contract role is ideal for a skilled professional committed to fostering positive behavioral outcomes in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies
  • Provide ongoing training and support to educational staff regarding behavior management techniques

Qualifications and Experience:
