This opportunity seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral support in a K-12 school setting. The position is based in Stamford, CT, and offers a contract role for the 2023-2024 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students with diverse learning needs
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to guide interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
  • Provide training and guidance to educational staff on behavior management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education and behavioral services

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification and active licensure
