(School Bus Driver Rates) (Psst… these rates might even go up in September—just saying!) Not all heroes wear capes, and not all buses are the same size so your pay depends on what you’re driving: Big Yellow, Mini-Yellow, or Wheelchair-Accessible Routes – $21.84/hour Minivan Routes – $20.96/hour Base Rate (for time spent working but not driving a route) – $19.76/hour (Because even heroes need a paycheck when they’re not behind the wheel.) Responsibilities

As a School Bus Driver, you will ensure the safety and timely transportation of students to and from school. You will also maintain a positive environment on the bus and communicate effectively with parents and school staff.
