Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a fleet of school buses. Diagnose mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools. Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with state regulations. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to optimize fleet performance. Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner. Keep the workshop organized and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in fleet maintenance. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive or diesel mechanics. Valid driver's license; valid CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements, or willing to obtain. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
