Salary: Grade H, (£31,537 - £33,699 FTE) Hours of work: Up to 15hrs per week (with the potential to increase over time). Flexible allocation of hours to be agreed Monday-Friday – i.e. could be spread over 5 mornings, or 2 whole days for example. This is a great opportunity to begin or further your career within a friendly, supportive staff team.  All about the role: We are looking for someone who:  * Is a qualified or has experience as a school business manager, or has been in an equivalent financial planning and managing role * Has a secure knowledge of health and safety, premises, risk, procurement, financial and asset management.    * Is well presented and articulate, with good communication skills; * Has strong interpersonal skills and is able to communicate with a variety of pupils, staff, parents and governors * Has good attention to detail and organisational skills; * Is self-motivated dedicated and consistent; * Has the ability to handle problems quickly and efficiently, and make effective decisions; * Is a strong team player, who can use their own initiative; * Has a positive and flexible attitude; * Has sound IT skills, with preferably a knowledge of SIMS and FMS or other Management Information Software Why Join Us?
