Mellors Catering Services is looking for a School Catering Area Support Manager to provide operational cover, staff support, and service continuity across 20 school kitchens in the Birmingham area

• Cover and manage kitchens during staff absence
• Lead teams and ensure service and safety standards
• Train and support catering staff and managers
• Handle audits, paperwork, and stock management
• Build positive client relationships
• Support occasional weekend events (B&I)
