Person Specification Minimum Essential Requirements Right to work in the UK Minimum of 2 references Enhanced DBS clearance Experience/Qualifications Have basic food hygiene certificate Experience of working in a school kitchen or similar environment Duties and Responsibilities Prepare, cook and serve food following agreed menus and accommodating any special dietary requirements Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the school kitchen including equipment and surrounding working areas. Set up and clear away after lunch including, washing up and cleaning tables. Comply with all food and Health and Safety standards and regulation. Take responsibility for maintaining and ordering stock and ensure appropriate storage and labelling procedures are followed.
