OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with colleagues and clients.
• Physically fit, capable of lifting heavy items and performing manual tasks as required.

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dirt and debris.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies and kept in excellent condition.
• Handle waste disposal in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as required, including deep cleaning tasks.
