JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all areas are kept tidy and presentable, contributing to a positive environment for both staff and clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving objects.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is an advantage.

• Perform general cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and communal areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established protocols.
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly after use.
