Overview:
We are seeking two dedicated Cleaners to join our team in South Woodham Ferrers . As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within our facilities.
This is a term time position at a local school working 6hrs per week plus occasional overtime
Job 1 - Monday and Tuesday 15.30pm to 18.30pm
job 2 - Wednesday and Friday 15.30pm to 18.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other designated areas
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company standards
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, lift heavy objects, and perform cleaning duties
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
