School Cleaning Operative - All Faith’s Children’s Academy (Strood). Raigins Group, a leading facilities management company in south-east England, is seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out cleaning duties at a School facility.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning tasks including dusting surfaces, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning restrooms, emptying bins, and replenishing consumables.
• Following all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Reporting any health, safety or maintenance issues immediately.
• Working independently to complete daily assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Covering shifts and working flexible hours as needed.
• Key holding - opening and closing of the site.
• Reporting staff absences and overtime via our software.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a School setting.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to processes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods, bend, lift up to 15kg.
• Clear communication skills and teamwork attitude.
