We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced School Counsellor to join our Pastoral care team for the 2025 school year. In this role, you will work closely with students to ensure their emotional, social and wellbeing needs are being met. You will provide support to teaching staff as well as families on how to best support these students.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Provide support and professional advice to students in the areas of wellbeing and mental health.
• Support teachers and families in understanding student mental health concerns and provide strategies to support their learning and wellbeing.
• Conduct intake assessments, risk assessments and triage based on need and urgency.
• Provide referrals to students and their families and collaborate with external stakeholders to support students in a case management approach.
• Maintain accurate and up to date client notes and written communications.
