Requirements Skills and Qualifications - Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, School Counseling, or a related field. - Valid school counseling certification or license preferred, not required. - Proven experience working in a school environment, preferably with diverse student populations. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families. - Knowledge of social-emotional learning strategies and mental health best practices. - Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality. - Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
