We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness in both commercial and residential settings.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance.
• Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving equipment or supplies.
• A proactive approach to identifying areas needing attention or improvement.

• Buff and maintain floors to ensure they are clean and presentable.
• Conduct thorough custodial duties in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operations.
• Handle industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning schedules are met.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies as they arise.
