Job Description Develop post-activity report as basis requirement of the consolidated program report. Coordinate and engage in the preparation, delivery of workshops/consultative assignments (facilitating)/monev, and post-activity report in accordance with the scope assigned. Evaluate and compile participants pre-post test. Qualifications Have a good understanding on curriculum design and planning, including the integration of curricula, various instructional methods, approaches, strategies, and assessment. Have a good practice on being an engaging presenter and skilled facilitator. Have demonstrable experience of teaching and/or leading schools. Up to date on pedagogical theory and practical instructional and technology implementation. Able to connect with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. Able to perform oneself as well-organized and are able to meet report writing deadlines. Additional Information Required Skills: Analytical thinking skill. Pedagogy and andragogy competencies. Responsibilities
