We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced qualified teacher with senior leader experience. The successful candidate will need safeguarding experience and will also be responsible for the Standards and Teaching Agency (STA) Assessment and Reporting Arrangements for schools.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated School Effectiveness Officer who can work on their initiative. This role entails specific responsibilities linked to Assessment and Safeguarding but also involves providing general school improvement and quality assurance work in schools. You will play a pivotal role in supporting and challenging schools to improve standards.
You will have a proven track record in school senior leadership and have a Designated Safeguarding Lead or Deputy Lead in school. In addition, you will have a strong understanding of inclusion, curriculum, teaching and learning as well as being an excellent communicator with all stakeholders.
