SCHOOL IT SUPPORT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to oversee all aspects of information technology (IT) systems management for our school. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure the smooth daily operations of our IT systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor of Computing in Management Information Systems would be preferred.
  • 3 years of hands-on computing experience in Management Information Systems in added bonus if you have worked with Schools or International School before
  • An IT specialist who exudes professionalism and confidence in his/her technical expertise to support the company’s management information systems.
Responsibilities
  • Report to the Company’s Directors for all aspects of Information Technology (IT) systems management for the company.
  • Develop, customize, and implement efficient and effective IT solutions compatible with multiple business hardware and software applications and specifications.
  • Document all IT works to regularize system control and security.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are duly fulfilled within stipulated timelines and allocated budgets.
  • Set up and maintain email, website, ERP and other tech related school systems.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all IT systems to ensure smooth daily business operational needs are duly fulfilled.
  • Work closely with the Company’s Directors to ensure that your deliverables are aligned with the Company’s directives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivities of all computer systems information.
  • Provide technical support to respective departments in all areas and provide necessary training wherever applicable.
  • Uphold the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO).
  • Must be able to work independently as the IT lead for the company management.
  • On-time reporting, progressive updates on project timelines & impending challenges.
  • Harness information technology systems to implement safe management measures such as screening, hygiene, and safe distancing regulatory requirements are strictly upheld.
  • Receptive to undertake any other management functions as assigned by the Company’s Directors from time to time.
