JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess minimum ’O’ Level and relevant work experience in school laboratories.
• Familiar with good laboratory practices and safe working procedures
• Have good organisational and planning skills.
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player.

• Manage the day-to-day administration and operational aspects of the laboratories.
• Provide support for science practical lessons and assessment as well as major examinations.
• Co-ordinate and prepare activities & experiments to assist teachers in conducting programmes in the laboratories.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure that they are in good working condition.
• Take inventory of laboratory equipment and chemical, replenish them to maintain appropriate quantity to ensure smooth running of lessons and assessment.
• Liaise with vendors in the purchase and service of laboratory equipment and consumables.
• Ensure that necessary safety procedures are in place in the laboratories and being closely followed.
• Other duties as assigned by School Management or Head of Department
