Exciting opportunity for a Liaison Officer to play a crucial role in ensuring the successful onboarding and ongoing support of schools using the “My Mind Check” tool
About the Role
The School Liaison Officer plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to schools, ensuring successful engagement and implementation support to schools using of the tool. This role involves providing product demonstration and working collaboratively with school to assist schools in planning the implementation of the tool, providing technical support, and ensuring educators can effectively use the tool to enhance student well-being.
The Voluntary Mental Health Check Tool (VMHCT) Project is dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of school students through a digital assessment tool. The project collaborates with experts, educational departments, and various stakeholders to ensure the tool meets the needs of Australian schools. The “My Mind Check” tool helps schools identify students at risk and provides recommendations for care.
About You
You will have relevant qualifications (such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field) with 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, a strong customer service focus and the ability to follow up on leads and build and maintain relationships with school staff. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive mindset and problem-solving skills will be critical to effectively facilitating meetings with school staff as will your excellent computer, database management and applications skills.
