Description

We are looking for a School Manager to oversee the daily operations of a school serving students from Preschool-Kindergarten to Secondary Levels. As the central operational figure on campus, you’ll ensure that students, staff, and families experience a well-run, safe, and supportive learning environment every day.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education Management, Psychology or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in school operations or school management experience
  • Strong strategic thinking with a track record of implementing improvements
  • Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Experience across multiple school levels is preferred
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and multitask across age levels
  • Knowledge of school systems, compliance, and stakeholder engagement
  • Remain calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and highly dependable
  • Familiarity with school and educational support systems and budgeting is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Collaborate with academic leaders to identify improvement areas and implement effective solutions as well as to support school events and operational needs
  • Analyze operational processes and propose enhancements to support teaching, learning, and wellbeing
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and performance reviews
  • Contribute to the development of school policies and long-term improvement plans
  • Oversee daily school operations including administration, facilities, safety, and logistics
  • Manage and support administrative, facilities, admissions, and support staff
  • Ensure compliance with school policies, health & safety, and government regulations
  • Coordinate with Foundation for HR, finance, procurement, and reporting
  • Support event coordination, communication, and smooth campus routines
