About You We are seeking an experienced, agile and highly motivated leader to manage the effective and efficient operations of the UQ Business School. This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering a wide range of high-quality services in support of the school’s strategic priorities and objectives. As School Manager, you will supervise the operational functions of the school to ensure the organisational and financial sustainability of its core functions. To this end, the successful candidate will possess a postgraduate degree in conjunction with relevant experience in a leadership role, preferably within a university setting, as well as clear, demonstrable experience acting independently and taking initiative with minimal direction. Advanced administrative and leadership capability will be critical to success in this role, as will high level communication and interpersonal skills.
