[What the role is] School of Applied Science - Research Assistant (Food Innovation) [What you will be working on] • Conduct research work on the extraction and analysis of food ingredients • Assist in research and development of new food and nutritional product. • Collate, analyse and interpret research data. • Assist in preparing progress reports and presentation. • Work closely with project leader to fulfil the required deliverables of the project. • Perform any other duties assigned by the project leader and co-project leader. Responsibilities

The Research Assistant will conduct research on food ingredient extraction and analysis, assist in the development of new food products, and analyze research data. They will also prepare reports and work closely with the project leader to meet project deliverables.
