[What the role is] School of Hospitality - Associate Lecturer (Continuing Education & Training) [What you will be working on] • Deliver planned curriculum to adult learners in continuing education training (CET) programmes on scheduled weekdays, weeknights or occasional weekends. • Facilitate students’ learning, perform assessment grading, and other academic duties such as invigilation. • Deliver and update of training materials, including manuals, guides and instructional videos. • Maintain accurate training records and provide regular reports to management on training outcomes and areas of improvement. • Perform curriculum development, lesson design, course delivery and module(s) supervision roles in at least two of the following subject areas: o Mental and Workplace Wellness o Gen AI in Hospitality o Revenue Optimization and Management o Service Quality and Customer Experience o Aesthetics, Wellness and Spa Operations and Management [What we are looking for] • At least 8-10 years of relevant industry experience in hospitality, education, marketing, business development and/or consultancy. • High-level written and verbal communication skills. • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. • Strong industry links and exposures in related industry and sectors. • Experience in developing a curriculum or providing training in a client-facing environment. • Applicants with WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and the WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) accreditation would be an advantage. • Will also consider Mandarin Speaking candidates for the Aesthetics, Wellness and Spa programmes. http://jobs.careers.gov.sg The Singapore Public Service plays a key role in the economic growth, progress and stability of Singapore by formulating and implementing government policies, as well as providing key public services.
