[What the role is] School of Hospitality - Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Continuing Education & Training) [What you will be working on] • Deliver planned curriculum to adult learners in continuing education training (CET) programmes on scheduled weekdays, weeknights or occasional weekends. • Perform curriculum development, lesson design, course delivery and module(s) supervision roles in at least two of the following subject areas: o Hospitality Innovation, Technology and Sustainability o Gen AI in Hospitality o Revenue Optimization and Management o Service Quality and Customer Experience o Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship • Facilitate students’ learning, perform assessment grading, and other academic duties such as invigilation. • Deliver and update of training materials, including manuals, guides and instructional videos. • Maintain accurate training records and provide regular reports to management on training outcomes and areas of improvement.
