The Music Communications and Front Office Coordinator position fulfills a wide variety of customer service duties, faculty and student support, and administrative responsibilities, and supervises front office and social media student employees. This position also oversees the creation and production of School of Music communication deliverables in a variety of media platforms; supports the Concert Hall Manager (CHM) in the concert ticketing system with sales of online and advance concert tickets, and concert season passes; and reports to the Executive Assistant to the Dean.
