Ability to quickly acquire knowledge about policies, procedures, programs and requirements. Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support to a senior manager and implementing streamlined processes and systems within a busy office environment. Excellent communication (oral and written) with proven ability to draft a range of professional documentation and provide accurate advice and information to others.
