This role requires the successful candidate to maintain a Working with Children Check The successful candidate can apply for the WWCC as part of the onboarding process. In the case the selected candidate doesn’t have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.

• Campus Operations: Oversee financial transactions, maintain records management systems, and support the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate Events and Stakeholder Engagement: Plan and execute School events and build relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide Committee and Asset Support: Offer high-level secretariat support to School committees and manage physical assets and facilities.
• Ensure Safety and Compliance: Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace by supporting local safety-related administrative activities .
