• Build Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with schools across the region, ensuring their staffing needs are met with rTriibe’s innovative solutions.
• Promote rTriibe’s Services: Champion our platform and subscription packages to schools, highlighting the benefits of streamlined recruitment and professional development for educators.
• Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for schools, understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions to meet their staffing and professional development needs.
• Drive Growth: Proactively identify new opportunities within the education sector, bringing new schools on board and growing rTriibe’s presence in the region.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and internal stakeholders to ensure the best match between schools and candidates.
• Deliver Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
