BACHELOR’S OR MASTER’S DEGREE IN SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGY, ACTIVE SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST LICENSE AND MINIMUM 1+ YEARS SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

An opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist to support K-12 students throughout the 2025-2026 school year in Lansdale, PA. This contract position focuses on providing comprehensive psychological services within a collaborative educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct standardized cognitive and achievement assessments.
  • Administer social, emotional, and behavioral rating scales with input from parents and teachers.
  • Write detailed evaluation reports outlining student strengths, weaknesses, and developmental history.
  • Lead interviews with teachers and parents to gather essential student information.
  • Present evaluation findings at Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to parents and educators.
  • Participate actively in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) data review and child study teams to develop and monitor Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions.
  • Consult with teachers and administrators to evaluate intervention efficacy and recommend clinical solutions.
  • Provide crisis intervention recommendations as a member of the Crisis Intervention Team.
  • Contribute to school-wide initiatives such as Curriculum Support Committees (CSC) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS).
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain expertise and support student success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid certification and licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience administering and interpreting standardized educational and psychological assessments.
  • Strong communication and consultation skills for collaboration with educators and families.
  • Understanding of MTSS frameworks and special education referral processes.
  • Ability to participate effectively in crisis intervention and school-wide initiatives.

Duration: Contract for the 2025-2026 School Year (NSY)
