Job Title: School Psychologist (PreK Team) 2025-2026 School Year

Position Type: Full-Time (Onsite Only) 37.5 Hours/Week

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Soliant is seeking a qualified and compassionate School Psychologist to join our PreK team for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite-only position, working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the developmental, academic, and emotional needs of our youngest learners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from a NASP-accredited program
  • Valid Indiana School Psychologist license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Experience with early childhood or PreK populations is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in developmental assessments and early intervention practices
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for preschool-aged students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide consultation services to teachers and staff regarding early childhood interventions and classroom strategies
  • Support early identification of learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
  • Participate in case conferences, MTSS/RTI processes, and eligibility determinations
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal special education regulations and documentation standards
