Benefits: Competitive salary 🌟 School Psychologist Full-Time | School-Year Position | W2 Employment | Contingent Upon Contract Award Augustine Angels is seeking an experienced, student-centered School Psychologist to serve the Christina School District in Delaware beginning July 1, 2026. ⚠️ This position is contingent upon Augustine Angels being awarded the School Psychologist contract by Christina School District. Interviews and candidate selection will occur in advance of award notification. This is anticipated to be a full-time, school-year role following the district calendar. 📍 Position Overview The School Psychologist will: • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations • Administer cognitive, achievement, and social/emotional assessments • Write detailed eligibility and evaluation reports • Lead Manifestation Determination meetings • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) • Develop Positive Behavior Support Plans (BSP) • Participate in Crisis Team response • Provide short-term individual/group counseling • Collaborate with IEP teams • Support Tier 2 & Tier 3 interventions • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families Students served include ages 0–22 with mild to severe disabilities across district programs. 🎓 Minimum Qualifications ✔ Valid School Psychologist certification ✔ NCSP or APA-accredited program graduate ✔ Eligible for Delaware certification ✔ School-based experience preferred ✔ Strong report writing and compliance knowledge Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) is a plus for specialized placements. 💼 Employment Structure • W2 Employment • Full-time school-year schedule (35–40 hours/week anticipated) • Follows district calendar • Onsite school-based role 💰 Compensation • Competitive hourly rate (commensurate with experience) • Consistent school-year schedule • Dedicated program manager support • Structured onboarding • Timely and reliable payroll 🌟 Why Augustine Angels?
