We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional School Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for all who enter the school


Position Title: School Receptionist
Reporting To: Executive PA
Liaises with: Senior Leadership Team, Governors, staff, pupils, parents, prospective families, marketing consultants, and external agencies
Contract: Permanent (with a 6-month probationary period)
Salary: circa £18,000, dependent on experience (with Pension)
Conditions of Service: Subject to an enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks
Annual performance review (with mid-year review checkpoint)
Professional development opportunities offered through INSET and external CP
Occasional evening/weekend attendance required for events (with TOIL offered where appropriate)
Working Hours: Full-time: 8am-4:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Term time only (plus two working days before and after)
Occasional flexibility required for special events or projects.
