Position: School Representative (Part-Time) Location: Beijing / Shanghai / Guangzhou / Shenzhen, China Type: Part-Time (Weekend-based), with potential to become Full-Time Compensation: Generous compensation package (base pay + performance bonus) About the Role We are looking for native English speakers based in China to join our team as School Representatives. In this role, you will represent our partner schools at student recruitment events and help introduce school programs to prospective students and families. This is a part-time position primarily involving weekend events. Strong performers may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role in the future. Responsibilities Represent our partner schools at student recruitment events Deliver presentations to students and parents about school programs Conduct student interviews in English Write interview feedback and evaluation reports Support communication with prospective students during events Training & Support We will provide training and materials to help you prepare for presentations, interviews, and recruitment events. Qualifications Native English speaker Currently based in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, or Shenzhen Education background preferred (teaching, admissions, or related experience is a plus) Comfortable with public speaking and presentations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to write clear and professional interview feedback This role is ideal for individuals with an interest in education, student advising, or international school admissions who enjoy interacting with students and families.
