Hours: Monday-Friday, weekends as requested, 40+ hours
Classification: Exempt, Salaried
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Supervises: Nekoosa Site Director/Coordinator, Port Edwards Site Lead, Jumpstart Coordinator, and Be Great Graduate Specialist
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
· A minimum of 1-3 years work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization planning and supervising activities based on the developmental needs of young people, or equivalent experience
· Demonstrated ability in personnel supervision, facilities management, and the recruitment and retention of key personnel
· Knowledge of the Boys & Girls Club mission, objectives, policies, programs and practices
· Strong communication skills, both oral and written
· Ability to recruit, train, supervise and motivate staff
· Ability to deal effectively with members including discipline problems
· Demonstrated ability in working with young people, parents and community leaders.

KEY ROLES (ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES):
Leadership
1. Provide direct supervision and strategic leadership to site-level staff including Site Directors, Coordinators, and Specialists.
2. Lead a cohesive and aligned vision for school-based programs that foster youth development and success.
3. Ensure high-quality service delivery, aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
4. Conduct regular team meetings and individual check-ins to promote alignment and performance excellence.
Strategic Planning
5. Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and activities at school-based Club sites. Ensure programs are engaging, outcome-driven, and responsive to youth needs.
6. Monitor and report on program outcomes, attendance and participation.
Resource Management
7. Manage school-based Clubs financial resources, assisting in the development of annual budgets. Control expenditures against budget.
8. Ensure administrative and operational systems are in place to maintain the operation of the Club’s physical properties and equipment, including use of facilities by outside groups. Ensure compliance with organization policies.
Partnership Development & Public Relations
9. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, educators, and community partners.
10. Serve as the primary liaison to ensure collaboration and mutual support between school districts and Club services.
11. Represent the organization in external meetings and school-related functions.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Exercise authority in problems relating to members; utilize guidance and discipline plan.
Conduct fire, tornado, and safety drills as required.
