FULL-TIME SITE MANAGER - SLOUGH - 7:00AM TO 4:00PM

A lovely primary school in Slough is seeking a dependable and skilled Site Manager to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience with DIY, basic plumbing, and electrical repairs.
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual work.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible, proactive, and safety-conscious.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
  • Must live in Slough or be easily commutable to the area.
  • Willingness to attend relevant training in Health & Safety, Safeguarding, and school procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Start each day at 7:00am to open the school and carry out essential safety checks.
  • Perform general maintenance, minor repairs, and a variety of DIY tasks across the school site.
  • Support with basic plumbing and electrical maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain clean and safe school grounds, responding promptly to issues.
  • Manage deliveries and occasional driving duties.
  • Report and respond to any health and safety concerns in line with school policy.
