Salary: Grade 7, SCP 23–25
Contract: Fixed-term, 23.25 hours/week (3 days: 7:30am–4:00pm, 45 min unpaid lunch)

A welcoming and inclusive school is seeking a reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic Part-Time Site Manager to join the premises and admin team. This key role requires someone with strong organisational and communication skills, who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning school environment.

• Oversee health & safety compliance and site maintenance
• Lead and manage site staff (caretaker and cleaning teams)
• Ensure security, cleaning, opening/closing, and general repairs
• Manage maintenance contracts and SLAs
• Advise on premises planning and improvements
